| Job Description : | The Company Jordan Sheppard Limited is an international headhunting practice based in Wilmslow in Cheshire, supplying Executive and Senior Managers to worldwide Blue Chip companies. They are looking for a highly experienced Headhunter with an in depth knowledge of the oil and gas and energy infrastructure and a Trainee Headhunter to join the team. Main responsibilities will involve: - Conduct telephone and Internet based research to identify suitable market leading candidates within companies
- Use job specifications as a bench mark for identifying who will be the best target within the chosen companies
- Make initial contact with the chosen potential candidates.
- Review applications, manage interviews and consider candidates for short listing.
- Negotiate with candidate and employer for salary and benefits
- Be proactive in finding new leads for future business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure future or repeat business.
- Plan and organise workloads in order to meet project deadlines.
