people. An opportunity has now arisen for a Trainer / Assessor to join their
team.
In this role you will be responsible for planning, delivering and
assessing work-based training programmes in the area of cleaning services across
the North
West.
As a Trainer / Assessor your duties will
include:
- Interviewing, carrying out assessments and discussing with the
applicant suitable training programmes
- Agreeing individual training plans
and arranging interviews between the employer
- Monitoring the progress and
success of training programmes – carrying out visits to the work
placement/employer premises
- Monitoring the welfare of learners throughout
the programmes – providing counselling, support, guidance
- Arranging the
assessment, verification, certification and recording of the qualification

Bringing in new business by engaging with new and existing employers

Working to strict deadlines
To be considered for this position you must
have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a cleaning-related subject, and in depth
knowledge of, and experience in cleaning support services. You will also need to
demonstrate a willingness to undertake further training in order to develop your
skills.
As a Trainer / Assessor, you should also be a team player with
the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences. Effective
relationship building skills, a full driving licence and your own transport are
also essential.
