Job Summary
To carry out training in a modern and efficient manner ensuring training and assessments are carried out to meet both Company and Nationally agreed standards in relation to the delivery of accredited qualifications
Main Responsibilities
- To instruct and coordinate trainees in the skills and knowledge requirements of the relevant programme
- To liaise with senior instructors and internal verification coordinator in matters relating to assessments and verification procedures and requirements
- To prepare lesson plans and necessary materials to ensure a high standard of training
- To record the progress of trainees and produce relevant reports in line with both customer and funding body requirements
- To ensure security and facility checks are carried out and standards are maintained
Education / Experience
- Experience of working within a Bodyshop is essential
- Level 3 C & G or equivalent qualification
- IT Literate (MS Applications)
- Working knowledge of training deliver software advantageous
- Project management experience with a solid experience o fbudgeting and estimation
- Excelent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to establish good relations with customers and apprentices essential
- Valid clean driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Willingness to undertake and achive relevant Assessor qualification as necessary
This role could suit a person wishing to move out of the workshop environment into a training role.
