Operating from a base in the North West, you will act as a collaborative business partner and a strategic specialist to the Customer Contact outsource directorate and outsource suppliers. You will have close contact with the Head of L&D/Outsource Management Group and will be responsible for assessing current and future needs of the business area. You will advise, propose and execute talent and development strategies - optimising performance delivery through leadership, support and coaching of the Outsource T&D Team whilst working in collaboration with the Central T&D Functions. - Extensive understanding of developing and managing training and learning within a complex customer orientated / commercial environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in business partnering to HOD/Director Level.
- Experience of an outsourced customer contact environment.
- Specialist skills in learning consultancy, solutions analysis & content development.
- Proficient in project management.
- Proven line manager adept at the management of people, process and small budgets.
- Consistent role model demonstration of Values and Behaviours.
- CIPD (or equivalent) qualified.
- Change agent - ability to influence to middle management level
