Our client is offering a new and challenging opportunity for a training co-ordinator to join a growing HR team in an organisation that has seen quite significant recent growth.
The need is for an experienced co-ordinator and administrator from within a training function to take the reins of the companies needs and organise, manage and develop the provision of regulatory and effective training programmes.
The role will include analysis, development and some delivery with induction and appraisals also playing a large part of the remit. The full scope of the role will grow with the right person.
Characteristically you will need to be influential with sensitivity, a good listener and assertive with the confidence to impact at all levels of the business.
