The Position
Based in branch, your individual responsibilities would be to maximize the sale of financial products.
The primary role will be to source new business as well as maximize on cross-selling Financial Products. Observance of all compliance requirements, administration in accordance with company policy and procedure,To provide high levels of customer service in line with Best Advice principles,Also to maintain levels of product knowledge,basic legislation and selling rules. Once an advisory role is obtained, you will be required to supervise trainee independent financial advisors.
Key Outputs :
· Financial sales.
· Income Protection and Home Insurance.
· Administration in accordance with company policy and procedure.
· Provision of high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles.
· Maintain knowledge of products, legislation and selling rules
Experience & Qualifications

Package
Negotiable Realistic OTE up to £ 25 000
