We are looking for a Training Manager / Business to Business Sales / Broker / Recruitment Manager to manage a team in a training centre.You will be working for a large national training provider who operates in the welfare to work environment.This training provider receives funds from the government to help people to find work.You will manage a team of people who:
- Keep in contact with job centre plus and enroll learners
- Work with learners on job search skills such as writing CVs, interview preparation and job searching
- Find suitable placements or vacancies for the learners with local employers

- You will be managing a team described above
- You will manage external and internal relationships, including Job Centre Plus, partner training providers
- Management of KPIs, profit and Loss, targets and budgets
- Management of quality including customer service, development of continuous improvement etc
- Monitoring aspects of contractual requirements
Requirements
- Business to business sales preferably within a government funded training provider, recruitment etc
- Experience of reaching and exceeding targets
- Management experience and good IT skills
- Relevant qualifications may include: degree, IAG, any welfare to work related qualifications, brokerage qualifications
