We are looking for a Training Manager / Business to Business Sales / Broker / Recruitment Manager to manage a team in a training centre.You will be working for a large national training provider who operates in the welfare to work environment.This training provider receives funds from the government to help people to find work.You will manage a team of people who:

  • Keep in contact with job centre plus and enroll learners
  • Work with learners on job search skills such as writing CVs, interview preparation and job searching
  • Find suitable placements or vacancies for the learners with local employers

  • Management of KPIs, profit and Loss, targets and budgets
  • Management of quality including customer service, development of continuous improvement etc
  • Monitoring aspects of contractual requirements

Requirements

  • Business to business sales preferably within a government funded training provider, recruitment etc
  • Experience of reaching and exceeding targets
  • Management experience and good IT skills
  • Relevant qualifications may include: degree, IAG, any welfare to work related qualifications, brokerage qualifications
