A training role within the Claims Department of a leading insurer. Your role will be to provide a full training service to the claims area that will assist in the development of employee skills and knowledge. You will provide needs analysis, design and development, delivery, evaluation and the co-ordination of other training providers/resources. Ideally you will have at least two years training experience. A CIPD or TAP qualification would be advantageous to your application. Although an insurance claims background is desirable this opportunity is for an experienced trainer who has worked in a pure training role or as part of a training department. Candidates that have trained or mentored colleagues as part of another job function will not have sufficient training experience and will therefore be unsuccessful in their application.
