Training Officer Derry / Kilrea £17,219 - £23,788 About the role Our client currently seeks an experienced Training Officer to facilitate and deliver a residential enterprise training programme to young people and to work closely with the Senior Training Officer to ensure programme aims are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of programme content, liaising with schools, activity centre staff and all agreed service providers to ensure clear agreement and communication between all parties.
The role will include extensive travel and at least one overnight stay per week.
Requirements
- Degree in related discipline
- Minimum of one year training experience, preferably with young people
- IT literate
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Current clean driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge and experience of the issues affecting disaffected youth
