My client in Cannock requires a Training and Complaint Handling Officer to perform the following duties:

  • Successfully manage customer complaints over the phone
  • Train members of staff to manage complaints effectively
  • Present complaint handling techniques to staff

My client in Cannock requires a Training and Compliant Handling Officer who has the following attributes:

  • An excellent proven track record of successful managing customer complaints
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of speaking with customers over the phone

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.


Based in Cannock, this insurance firm is requires a Training and Complaints Handling Officer to complete a twelve month maternity cover contract.
