Client Account Associates (CAAs) support the Transaction Services (TS) in Advisory client teams in managing all aspects of client work, from targeting clients/proposals through to billing and beyond (Job Completion process), delivering professional project management, administrative, finance and research work. The CAA acts as a key point of communication, maintaining professional working relationships with other team members, support staff, client staff and the operations team. TS in Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) are looking for someone to start ASAP on a fixed term contract for 6 months for our Financial Services`s team.
Responsibilities
Business Development and Knowledge Management Building networks for the benefit of the team especially linking Financial Services, Strategy, Post Deal Services and Channel 2. Linking KIT team, EU and global knowledge managers. Linking in and providing support to the Business development manager. Assisting in preparation of materials for negotiations/proposals/presentations/pitches, project managing the process for the team. Ensuring research requests are carried out on a timely basis. Involvement in Financial Services publications/thought pieces and value add research. Supporting in conflict checks (Risk Management) and procedures. Attend industry specific and account driver meetings and feedback to the industry team what is happening in the market. Maintain Marketing credential database, Map files and manage databases, building the database so in future all research will be added which means the database will function as a knowledge library for the team. On ad hoc basis support Financial Services strategy team.
Finance
Update Financial reporting for monthly meetings. Report on client utilisation and run financial reports.
Team Administration
Maintain the activity reports up-to-date with current projects and leads/pipeline projects. Creating monthly meeting documents along with the Monthly market trends presentations. Organise training sessions. Attend breakfast briefings and gather information and post on the relevant database. Set agenda for team meetings and carry out other ad hoc administrative duties for the team. Ensuring Retain Enterprise (forecast resourcing system) is kept up to date and sending daily staff notification.
Requirements- Prior work experience (ideally from an administrative/analytical background within a corporate or professional services environment) with experience of analysing financial or statistical data.
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, including GCSE Maths and English at grade B and above. Team player, able to communicate confidently and professionally with people at all levels, and build relationships with PwC staff and clients. Proficient in the use of Lotus Notes and relevant databases, intranets, internet, other external media. Proven IT skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Numerate and analytical with strong attention to detail. Good time management and organisational skills. Proven reliability in customer service and problem solving skills. Proactive, self-motivated and able to take responsibility for own work. Some flexibility with regard to hours (occasional overtime may be required) Interest in own self development.
