DUTIES
Working from specifications and / or information received from customers, you will design both signal and power transformers to meet specification / performance criteria provided by customer, compile production specifications & bills of materials, build prototypes and assist with production queries.
The work will mainly centre around the design of small to medium size transformers, (up to 8kva) for volume production.
You will be working in liason with Sales Engineers at other European offices, group manufacturing units, customers and suppliers and will therefore be required to travel on occasions both in Europe and internationally.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
At least three years experience in small to medium size Transformer design.
Preferably qualified in Electronics to ONC level or equivalent
Car driver with current licence.
Must live (or be prepared to locate) within travelling distance of
Devizes.
39 hour week (finish 1:00 PM on Friday)
