Door-Stop deliver 'ready to fit' composite doors all over the UK within 3 days of ordering. We do this by being dedicated to the entire composite door production process. In our 117,000 sq ft site in Nottinghamshire, we have 2 PVC extrusion lines, GRP door slab manufacturing plant, glazing cassette moulding facility, and an automated assembly line. This level of in-house production means that we not only offer the best service level in the industry, but just as importantly we can offer greater protection from exchange rate fluctuations in a market where most alternatives are sourced through middle man importing distributors.
We run a fleet of 12 vans with plans to expand even further. We are therefore looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor to ensure effective management of the fleet.
You will be responsible for managing the team and for the effective and efficient planning of deliveries. You will ensure that the fleet is properly maintained and that the Company is fully legally compliant with all transport and driver related legislation.
You must have up to date knowledge of FTA regulations and be able to demonstrate at least two years experience of managing national deliveries of fast moving product. Experience in the Construction industry would be of an advantage.
Experience of Paragon routing software or a similar routing package is essential.
A full, clean driving licence is required.
