Travel Administrator, Part Time

 
Salary:  £13500 - £14500 per annum + Pro Rata + Exc Benefits!

My client is a leading business travel management company who are keen to recruit an accounts and administration assistant on a part-time basis. This is a great role for someone wanting to work 25 hours, over 5 days, with no weekends! However, this business travel company may be flexible and consider alternative part-time hours. The role is based in offices near Birmingham Airport

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

*The main purpose of this role will be to process expenses for the clients of this leading business travel company.
*Dealing with VAT requirements, receipts and invoices
*Producing reports on excel
*Liaising with clients via e-mail and telephone
*Managing and prioritising your work load, to complete your duties in a timely manner

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

My client is ideally looking to recruit an experience travel administrator, or travel accounts assistant who is looking for part-time hours. Consideration will be given to those candidates with good travel industry experience, who would prefer to working in an administration role. The successful candidate will also be a confident user of excel, with good attention to details and an ability to work to deadlines.
