Travel Sales Advisors - £12,500, £13,000 per annum
We are currently looking to recruit Travel Sales Advisors to work in Accrington, Lancashire.
Our client, a well-established organisation and leader within their market, is currently looking to recruit hard working, honest and motivated staff to start immediately. Recruitment will also continue throughout the months of June and July. Reporting directly to the department team leader you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding travel quotes and advising in order to close the sale. Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding travel quotes
- Inputting customer details onto the system
- Providing customers with travel quotes over the phone
- Advising as to the features and benefits of different industry related packages
- Closing the sale
- Providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction It is essential that candidates possess a previous background within the Travel Industry and Sales environment, either face-to-face or over the phone. Successful applicants will demonstrate a solid employment history, strong communication skills, and an excellent telephone manner. The ability to offer a quality service and build rapport with customers is crucial.
Due to the well-developed and protected reputation of our client, we have already had a good response for these posts. The organisation pride themselves on their Market Leader Reputation and the employee satisfaction with a low staff turn over. Working hours are 5 days out of 7 between 8.00am to 10.00pm on a rota basis i.e. 8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm (37.5 hours per week). Occasional overtime may be offered during busy periods.
You will benefit from a very attractive salary of £12,500 - £13,000 pa plus company benefits including 20 days holiday, pension scheme, free eyecare, healthcare and Expedia discount
In addition to your salary you will also receive a performance related monthly bonus with a realistic OTE of £17k pa in your first year!
