We are currently assisting out client in their recruitment of a Treasury, Trade Finance and Loans Administration Manager.

Our client is a highly regarded niche investment bank with a strong market positioning and brand name.

The appointed operations manager will be involved in ensuring all the day to day operations of the bank tie in with client requirements and long term bank strategy.

The successful applicant will have strong product focus in treasury, trade finance (ideally to include commodity trade finance) and loans administration and have a full understanding of operational risk issues in addition.

The operations manager will be responsible for overall business logistics and planning including budget management, process improvement, staff retention and development.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership ability, a demonstrable track record in people management, excellent risk management focus and strong technical expertise.

Excellent communication skills, coupled with a high level of commercial accument, are prerequisites.
