There is now a requirement for a Financial Controller to join the business reporting directly to the Finance Director. Ideally you will be a Chartered Accountant preferably from the Big 4, with oil and gas experience as well as treasury and company secretary experience. Key Responsibilities: Deputise for the UK Finance Director in his absence in all accounting and treasury matters Supervise the preparation of statutory accounting information for the UK entities Coordinate company secretarial information for the UK legal entities Manage the accounting personnel within the Finance function Assist in the Treasury function within the UK Ensure that financial results for each division are submitted within deadlines set by the Group Controller for the Division Prepare annual Budgets and Business Plans for the UK Divisions Ensure internal controls are maintained and tested to a level that meets the Corporate SOX requirements.
