Prestigious financial institution seeks highly experienced economist with a strong academic record and in-depth knowledge of the UK housing market.Exposure to the commercial property sector and international housing markets will also be an advantage.
This is a highly visible role requiring the successful candidate to operate at a senior level, using excellent communication and presentation skills.The proven ability to translate complex data into clear written report form is essential, together with the ability to undertake detailed data analysis.
This is a challenging role, offering significant intellectual stimulation, together with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and analytical skills to complex, real life issues across this area of specialism.Analysis will be circulated both internally and in the public domain and it is essential that the successful candidate is able to adapt their written and verbal communication skills accordingly.
Preferred experience will be gained from a consultancy, bank/building society, trade body or public sector economics area.
