CLIENT
Our Client is an extremely successful Independent Healthcare Recruitment organisation with an impressive track record of growth. They have a network of 20+ offices across the UK and turnover will be in excess of £22m.
In 2010 they have ambitious plans to build on their impressive portfolio of clients in both the Public and Private sector and develop a new Locum Doctors division.
ROLE
**You will utilise your extensive knowledge of working in Locum Doctors Recruitment to build a unique service offering into both the NHS and Private Sector.
**You will work closely with the company owners in formulating USPs, Marketing strategies, budgets, pricing formulas etc.
**You will recruit your own team of staff to kick start the first office, be the key driver in setting up all the operating polices and procedures, marketing and Candidate attraction initiatives.
**You will utilise the existing client base and preferred supplier agreements as well as generating new clients both on and off the framework..
The medium term plan is to open a number of offices across the UK to capitalise on the massive opportunity that exists in supplying a unique service.
**You will hold the full P & L responsibilities and report directly to the owners.
