Team Leaders will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of their designated project, including line managing the relevant front line staff. Leadership and supporting development of direct reports is a key responsibility of the role. You may also carry caseloads of clients requiring support.
You will be adept in customer relationship management (CRM), having responsibilities for relationships with commissioners and purchasing managers and other relevant external bodies.
