USA Specialist Tour Operator - Gatwick Area
Highly successful, rapidly expanding tour operator, offering holidays to North America urgently requires an experienced Longhaul Specialist Consultant from a tour operator to join their reservations team.
As a USA Specialist you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Booking all aspects of travel including package holidays, tailor-made, etc…
* Up-selling and adding on of ancillary products including car hire, insurance, airport parking, etc…
* Experience in dealing with the public by telephone
* Processing efficiently all reservations
* Ensure all bookings are dealt with accurately
* Administration duties required to complete bookings
USA Specialist remuneration package:
* Basic salary starting + commission OTE £28000+
* 21 days holiday plus public/bank holidays
* A Friendly and professional environment working.
USA Specialist skill attributes:
* Previous experience of working within a tour operator
* Well travelled
* Excellent sales technique supported by evidence of previous performance
* Confident and enthusiastic
* Credibility when discussing travel options
* Hard working and good team player
