Minimum of A'Level qualifications
Someone with previous work experience
Some insurance experience would be ideal
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provision of monthly underwriting management/performance reporting and summaries.
Production of various ad hoc analyses, claims trend reports and summaries.
Liaison with sales, administration, claims, IT, MIS and finance teams.
Maintenance of risk premiums and AS400 database.
Creation of consolidated underwriting and administration business plans.
Management of client information, reporting and performance reviews lists.
Assisting Senior Underwriters in various aspects of warranty underwriting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to A Level standard with GCSE Maths and English at grades A-C.
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and preferably Access.
Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with an eye for detail.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Self-starter who has the ability to grasp fundamentals within a short time frame.
Confident interacting with both colleagues and clients.
Can cope under pressure and work with deadlines.
Team player essential.
