Senior Nurse - Bloomfield
We are seeking a Senior Nurse to Head up a dedicated team within the General Care Unit at Bloomfield Care Home. As a Senior Nurse at Barchester, you will have significant responsibility and the ability to enjoy the impact of your work on our resident's lives. You will attend to the physical and emotional care needs of residents, promoting a holistic, person-centered approach.
The successful applicant must be a confident communicator, with the passion and skills to develop and inspire a team to provide the highest level of person-centered care. A current pin number is essential.

The ideal Registered Nurse candidates should have:

· the ability to work on their own initiative and within a team
· an understanding of the day to day challenges of the care home environment
· excellent clinical standards and organisation skills to lead a multi-disciplinary team
· must be NMC registered
