Windermere House Independent Hospital in Hull are currently looking for a Unit Manager who will be responsible for a 15 bedded unit that provides specialised care for adults over the age of 60 who are living with enduring mental health conditions.
With either an RNM / RMLD or ENM or ENLD qualification, you will also ideally have management experience in a mental health care environment, preferably within recovery based care. Knowledge of the Mental Health Act is essential.
The successful applicant will possess strong leadership skills and believe passionately in empowerment and inclusion; an individual who can inspire forward thinking and creativity at all times.
