Job description for User Tester:
Working within a small team of user testers who undertake the user testing of core mainframe changes. This job will be to user test a large complex high impact project that requires multiple testers to ensure completion of the testing by a tight deadline. Will involve liaison with other team members to ensure testing scheduling is correct and communicating with Technology teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Following testing scripts, inputting test scenarios into mainframe, detailing test results
- Defect tracking and management
- Collation of testing statistics achieved
