That's where you come in as a Utilities Electrical and Control Engineering Manager. Joining the team here in Burton on Trent, you'll design and deliver an energy, water and carbon usage improvement programme across four of our sites in the UK.
It's a senior role, one that will give you the opportunity to shape your own agenda and lead a team of engineers. That makes this a great chance to leave your mark on our global brewing business.

When you join us as a Utilities Electrical & Control Engineering Manager you will:
* Develop and implement a three year plan to reduce energy and water usage
* Ensure the plan adheres to legislative, CSR and CBl requirements
* Ensure the safe and efficient operation of high and low voltage electrical distribution systems
* Facilitate the UK Electrical and Control team, ensuring they adhere to the implementation plan
* Work with site engineering managers to review engineering contracts with strategic sourcing

For the position of Utilities Electrical & Control Engineering Manager we are looking for someone with an Electrical Engineering degree and management experience. You'll be up to date on electrical and environmental legislation and will have a proven record in project and supplier management. Experience in managing budgets and contract negotiations is also a must. Top all that off with an ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, and you'll have what we're after.
