This position requires a candidate who is hard working, diligent, organized, and highly motivated by sales targets. You will be results driven and focused on improving your skills in a sales environment.
Your role...
• Contacting customers regarding their accounts, selling and upgrading accounts using the sales process learned in training
• Fact finding and updating details on the in-house system accurately and to specific time scales and department standards
• Work to customer service and satisfaction standards, matching customer needs with available portfolio of products and services; maximizing sales
• Continually develop and increase your product knowledge to meet individual and team targets
• Manage own workload
• Work in team environment, taking part in team events, build team spirit and achieve overall team targets
Experience needed
• Ideally will have experience working in a sales environment and dealing directly with customers
• Experience working towards targets
• Work well under pressure
• Persuasive
• IT literate
• Working in team environment
