VAT EXECUTIVE
Purpose of Role
To provide VAT advice to clients and to provide VAT advice to other internal departments and to seek to grow the practice through maximisation of opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
* Research and draft clear, concise and accurate advisory letters for review by a senior member of staff.
* Prepare clear and complete working papers and file notes on conversations
* Answer client queries confidently and know when to refer to other staff
* Manages own time and works to deadlines
* Trains others and increases their knowledge of VAT where appropriate
* Builds and maintains good relationships with our clients
Education and Qualifications
* ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent
* IT literate - able to produce spreadsheets, letters and reports
Experience
* Some VAT experience
