We seek a capital equipment engineering manager / director / VP. Specify / deliver high spec mechanical / optical capital equipment. Semiconductor, 300mm wafer handling, high resolutions inspection equipment.
This is a rare opportunity to join a UK based company with excellent customer traction and funding.
The company has developed a ground breaking prototype in the high resolution inspection / measurement arena, and has customers queuing up for initial products.
Therefore the company now seeks a senior level engineering manager, director/VP to lead the specification and delivery of a complex piece of mechanical / optical instrumentation. The remit will be to raise the bar on the company's existing prototype and delivery a top class product to the market, including large OEMs already crying out for the technology.
The successful candidate will therefore need to be able to lead a small team as well as getting involved at a technical level with mechanical, electrical, optical and software development issues. Previous track record of successful delivery is essential.
