VINTAGE MANAGER

The brainchild of designers Gerardine Hemingway MBE, Wayne Hemingway MBE and Lord March, Vintage at Goodwood will be a hedonistic wonderland for lovers of the music, fashions, styles and lifestyles of the five decades that gave Britain its creative heritage, the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s & 1980s.
Reporting to the Vintage Director, this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event, to ensure it is delivered to a truly outstanding standard. To be successful, you will have substantial experience of event management in order to manage every aspect of the event from conception to completion. Ideally your experience will be in outdoor events and stage management (not necessarily music) and you will be fully conversant with all forms of legislation (including Health and Safety) and licensing pertaining to the industry.
It is essential that you have high standards with superlative attention to detail.You will be experienced in setting and managing a both budget and a critical path. You will be able to demonstrate high level of both commercial and creative thinking. Strong leadership and people management skills are imperative, as are effective interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. Overall, you will have a natural talent for making things happen and have a desire to be a part of creating a superb event.
Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
