Our client is looking for a Vocational Tutor in Health and Social Care to join its expanding organisation. The role will be based in Manchester. The Role: Supporting, planning, delivering and monitoring a bespoke 10 week centre based training programme for both accredited and non accredited courses such as First Aid, Key Skills, Infection Control, Moving and Handling, Protection of Vulnerable Adults and medication. Monitoring learner progression through regular formal reviews and informal discussions throughout the programme Delivery of Key Skills Application of Number and Communication levels 1 and 2 Mentoring, training and assessing in accordance with NVQ and other accredited awarding bodies and proven knowledge and experience of the technical certificate standards for Health and Social Care The Candidate:
Must have tutor/teacher qualification. i.e Cert Ed, PGCE, PTTLLS D32/33 or A1 assessor qualification an advantage Occupational competence in Health and Social Care is essential Must Drive and have your own transport Excellent communication, presentation and IT skills Paying a competitive salary 23 Days holiday Mobile, Laptop and 37p per mile Apply today for an immediate response.
