Warehouse Manager – Inbound
The Role
To ensure all Inbound activities are co-ordinated with daily & weekly tasks achieved, making best use of available resources, through the effective motivation and leadership of Team Leaders to continually improve performance levels and quality standards.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
• The ability to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of SAP and all distribution centre operations and the impact on customer service
• Be a tenacious decision maker who can take responsibility for decisions which have business critical implications
• Ability to demonstrate strong team leader experience
• A flexible approach with the ability to thrive fast paced environment managing multiple priorities
