Networx, the UK’s leading provider of online recruitment solutions, are currently seeking a highly creative graphic/ web design designer to join their team at head office in Otley, West Yorkshire.
Working with hundreds of companies throughout the UK including well known brands such as: Yorkshire Building Society, Sleepmasters, Wagamama, Gamestation and Maplin, this varied role offers an exciting opportunity to illustrate creativity and flair whilst using the very latest technology to design and develop careers microsites on behalf of our growing client base.
Also working closely with our Marketing Department, you will become an instrumental part in the design and delivery of all marketing activity conducted in-house including: maintaining and updating our corporate website, SEO, monthly newsletters and regular e-shot campaigns, and all literature and print requirements.
To become part of this award winning company you will need to be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the following:
- CSS, HTML and XHTML
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe CS2/CS3
- Web 2.0
- Flash technologies
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Web Standards (W3C, disability standards)
- Understanding of different browser types
Due to the development environment it would be advantageous if applicants were confident using the above skills on a PC as well as a Mac. Knowledge of working in a .NET environment (Visual Studio) is desirable although this is not essential.
