The Role:
Our client is looking for a Web Designer;
You will be responsible for:
• Creation and development of concepts and design of diverse web content for a number of websites
• Home pages, product pages, thrust e-mails, banners and editorial pages
• Projects as and when required for the board of directors and the CEO
.Essential Experience:
• An advanced knowledge of HTML, XHTML, JavaScript and CSS
• High level of experience in XHTML mark up
• Advanced understanding of structuring CSS including a very good working knowledge of the parameters of CSS and its potential
• An ability to work within an existing CSS structure at optimal levels and develop and enhance CSS boundaries within technical parameters
• Detailed knowledge of how to integrate CSS changes within a particular JSP
• Ability to use and understand JavaScript and its web capabilities
• Well-honed ability to identify and resolve any potential web browser issues and ‘bugs’
• An ability to identify and resolve any potential delivery issues specific to email clients
