Job Summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Web Marketing Manager within the UK Membership Marketing department. You'll be supporting the Senior Web Marketing Manager in enhancing the online customer experience in all UK Membership areas of the Bupa Website. You'll also be managing the development and implementation of website structure by building key relationships and liasing with internal stakeholders. You'll have experience in online marketing with a high level of energy, drive and enthusiasm. Got what it takes?
Key Responsibilities
Managing projects by liasing with the Change Programme Management office and internal departments to develop and deliver new web initiatives to deadlines and budgets. Identifying user needs and assisting in defining business objectives by measuring and analysing performance on the website. Managing key stakeholders ensuring new functionality introduced onto the website works efficiently and with positive impact. Identifying opportunities to develop the content on the UK Membership areas of the Bupa website and understanding the latest technologies in order to enhance the online customer experience. Acting as a key liaison with creative agencies, third party vendors and the internal design team to manage website content updates. Keeping up to date with compliance and data protection issues.
Specific Skills
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with established commercial experience in online marketing, ideally within the financial services sector. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong copy writing skills, with experience of writing creative briefs. Campaign or Project Management skills essential. Solid analytical and numerical skills. Strong report writing and presentation skills.
