- EXPERT understanding of ActionScript 2.0.
- Knowledge and development in ActionScript 3.0.
- Natural flair for design, animation and usability.
- Adhere to pixel perfect design.
- Integrating Flash with server side technologies, XML, PHP, progressive and streaming flash video.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Cross-platform and cross-browser front-end parity.
- Strong portfolio of Flash motion and design work.
- After Effects is a bonus.
