Windows Server/Network Helpdesk Agent - Permanent
We are an outsourced IT company based in Shoreditch London looking for an individual to join our IT helpdesk team. The successful applicant will need to be a self-motivated professional person, who can work well in a team and communicate in a clear and concise manner. Essential skills will include a good working knowledge of Windows Server environments and MS Exchange, as well as knowledge of Active Directory. The successful candidate should also possess an excellent understanding of LAN/WAN network topologies. A high level of expertise on Windows Desktop support will be essential.
Duties will include:
*1st - 3rd line helpdesk
*Pre sales technical front line duties
*Client consultation
*Maintaining multiple site networks
*Monitoring & Maintaining existing LAN/WAN networks
*Assisting clients over phone and using remote access technologies
*Windows Desktop support
*Management of network security devices
*Upkeep of client site documentation
*Building/Re-Building PC's
The salary is circa £25K per annum. Benefits include a casual/smart dress code, staff incentives, ongoing training scheme and relaxed working environment.
