Job Title Windows Systems Administrator

My client is a small expanding company with an informal working environment.
The working environment is high-tech and will be attractive to motivated individuals who enjoy learning new skills. The technical environment includes:
You will have responsibility for installing and customizing all internal and hosted servers and workstations
- Multiple operating systems - Windows (predominantly), Linux
- TCP/IP Networking
- Multiple databases
- Java application servers
- Multiple browsers
- XML and Web Services
Skills required:
- The successful candidate will probably be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Have at least 3 years experience of installing, configuring and managing production server environments on both Windows and Linux platforms
- Have the ability to resolve problems and communicate at all levels
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality
- Experience with web application technologies such as Tomcat, Apache, IIS etc is an advantage
- Experience with one or more databases MySql, Oracle, SQL Server, Apache Derby is an advantage
