*Responsible for visiting major prize winners following their initial claim, explaining the prize claim process to the winners, discussing publicity options, explaining consequences of going public or remaining anonymous, discussing the option of an advisory panel, agreeing, organising and chairing as appropriate and providing ongoing telephone support for major Winners as required.
*London based and requiring UK-wide travel to accommodate appointments, which can be at short-notice.
*The role holder may be required to meet winners to process claims at the Watford office from time to time.
*May be a requirement for overnight stays and to drive considerable distances.
*Inform all relevant departments of publicity winners and attend media events with the winners and their family as required.
*The role holder will work with the Press Office to review materials designed to encourage winners to take publicity and to gain a full understanding of what is entailed when a winner chooses to take publicity in order that they can impart this knowledge to winners and become an expert in such matters.
*The role holder may be required to undertake some media interviews on the winning experience (full media training will be provided).
*Process the winners' claims in accordance with Company Process and work instructions and within licence requirements and Game Rules.
*Update departmental processes, game rules and licence conditions, by reading all relevant material.
*The role holder will be required to inform the Player Services Manager and/or Controller of Stakeholder Relations of any issues in a timely fashion.
*Collate information relating to banks and advisory panels to provide quarterly statistics, provide monthly activity reports and maintain a winner's database with up to date information relating to winner and adhering to Data Protection Act.
