My client requires x 2 RGNs to take charge on a 42 bed nursing home located in the centre of Bromsgrove. The home is substantial and with a tranquil, fully enclosed, secluded garden, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a quiet retreat. The aim of the home is to achieve a comfortable, warm and safe environment to provide a feeling of security, enhancing the quality of life.
The working hours are partime on a permanent basis. We require candidates to work 2-day shifts per week and another to work 2- nights per week.
Candidates must have:
Previous experience/newly qualified will be considered
Good communication skills
Supervision and monitoring skills
The ability to demonstrate and promote patient centred care
Initiative to work on their own and within a team.
