We are looking for Youth Workers to work within a youth offending team delivering a full range of services to reduce and prevent offending.
You will be required to work with young people who are seen as at risk of offending or who have contact with the criminal justice system. Your role will involve you liasing with a variety of agencies to provide support to the young people. Recent experience of working with young offenders is essential and candidates from a social work background may also be considered.??
Benefits We offer generous rates of pay, a training fund amounting to £250, a referral bonus scheme of £400 and flexible working hours. Approximately 24 days holiday pay is also paid per annum. The training fund and referral bonus is subject to terms and conditions.
