Customer Service Representatives - Call Centre Environment
Do you want a basic salary of 12-15500 k? Want to earn commission on top each month? WANT FREE PARKING? and flexible working shifts? Will you pass a credit check? This is essential as you will be discussing customers finances with them!
Duties include;
Dealing with inbound calls from customers who have queries or questions surrounding their accounts.
You will be working to agreed service levels
Outbound calls when time permits - contacting existing customers with a view to generating leads for the sales team
Loading information on to an inhouse computerised system
Dealing with all neccessary administrative tasks
Ideally you will be savvy enough to spot new business opportunities when serving customers
