As an e-Learning Designer with the team in various locations, you will drive the design and development of e-learning and blended learning products for our rich portfolio of clients across the UK, through innovative design and through identifying and creating materials in line with customer expection.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing new e-learning and blended learning applications and upgrading existing products
- Developing user documentation and providing training to new users
- Testing and reviewing new and existing products
- Monitoring customer usage of e-learning products and reporting on trends
Requirements & The Individual- Extensive experience in instructional design, e-learning project management and production planning, coupled with a working knowledge of e-learning management systems and SCORM
- A proven record in developing innovative technical and process training programmes, preferably within the Technology industry
- Proficiency with e-learning development and enhancement software tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Audition, Adobe Articulate Presenter, Adobe Articulate Quizmaker, Adobe Articulate Engage
- A working knowledge of MS Office 2007: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook 4
- English language skills to a business standard
