Do you have a strong background in hospitality and interested in moving to Monday to Friday hours to work for a prominent professional services firm? Keep reading you may have just found your dream role!!!

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and enthusiastic Facilities Assistant to join an organisation that offers professionalism and a rewarding, friendly culture.

This busy and varied role provides support to the Melbourne office and is responsible for:

  • Preparing and setting up meeting and training rooms
  • Assisting with staff relocations
  • Ensuring all stationary supplies and staff amenities are adequately stocked
  • Coordination of all audio visual equipment and being a point of reference for any queries
  • General administration functions to support the business

Hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm - Monday to Friday

Your self-motivation and initiative will see you excel with this organisation! You must have impeccable presentation and communication skills, intermediate Microsoft Word skills and a keen interest in assisting others.
