This recruitment organisation provide bespoke temporary and permanent staffing solutions to some of the largest organisations in the UK and Europe. With over 100 branches across the UK, their highly trained staff successfully operate across a variety of different sectors, and they are undoubtedly one of the largest and most successful recruitment organisations in Europe.
They are now looking for 2 Recruitment Consultants at their flagship branch in Birmingham city centre. This Senior Consultant role will entail building a successful desk within the newly-established specialist Commercial Perms sector, generating new business opportunities, liaising closely with candidates and clients, filling vacancies and generating fees. This role is not a typical Consultant's role, and only big-hitting Consultants with a proven track record of success need apply. Basic salary will be between £23-28K (dependent on experience), with a £35-45K OTE in the first year (uncapped) plus excellent additional benefits. Full training and ongoing career development are also provided, as well as fast-track career schemes for exceptional employees.
