The Unique Opportunity.

The position as Account Manager is a mentally stimulating role which will require the use of your business acumen, commercial awareness and superior negotiation skills. The successful candidate will use an extremely professional and consultative sales approach in order to sell Frost and Sullivan’s world leading market intelligence solutions, subscriptions and consulting services to blue chip international organisations.

An Account Manager is a team player with the drive, ambition and self motivation to achieve specific business objectives and succeed regardless of the challenge. A pro-active, methodical and innovative working practice is essential in order to identify and exploit new business opportunities.

The Account Manager must possess the ability to create and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders within Fortune 1000 companies, in order to understand present and future consulting needs

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

·Professional sales exposure with a proven track record of success.

·A strong consultative sales approach.

·The self motivation to individually generate new business and manage existing accounts (up selling and cross selling of deliverables).

·Experience of selling bespoke business to business solutions at a senior level.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills. These include enhanced influencing, presentation and leadership skills, team working, inter-personal and professional sales skills

·The confidence to present to senior management within major blue chip companies

·A methodical approach combined with creativity, determination and persistence

·A degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline and professional sales training would be a distinct advantage.

·Knowledge or experience of selling into one of Frost & Sullivan’s specialist market sectors would also be desirable.
