Role Summary
The Account Executive is an essential team player who will report to the European Sales Manager and will be based in either the London or Oxford office.
The key responsibilities include new business development and account management of existing business clients.
The account Executive will be pro-active, methodical and innovative in their approach to ensure that all key targeted accounts are contacted and qualified within all growth partnership services.
It is therefore essential that the Account Executive has the ability to create strong relationships with key stakeholders within these companies, in order to better understand potential consulting needs. This will be achieved by applying a consultative, flexible and creative sales process.
The Account Executive will have the self motivation, drive, and determination to be able to generate new business opportunities from within and beyond core target markets.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge·Some proven sales experience is a distinct advantage with a strong consultative approach, and the ability to generate business from telesales processes.
·A professional manner with exceptional communication skills.
·Experience of success within a pressurised environment.
·A team player with the drive, ambition and self motivation to succeed regardless of the challenge
·Enhanced influencing, presentational and sales skills.
·Degree level education (or equivalent) in a related discipline and an additional European language would be advantageous.
