Our client, a major player in the Medical industry that prides itself on its comprehensive ranges of recruitment is now seeking numerous new Recruitment Consultants due to continued expansion. They are looking for Recruitment Consultants that have had experience with qualified Social Workers that will be able to bring new business to established clients in the London area. Candidates from other medical markets will be considered.

As a Social Care Recruitment Consultant targeting a large and vibrant area your main role will be:

• Responsible for developing new business opportunities
• Managing and growing accounts.
• Working to set targets
• To aim to increase Revenue across your area
• You will be able to utilise the most advanced technology and solutions, ensuring a high level of service wherever the requirement. A varied and interesting role.

The Candidate:

• Able to demonstrate a proven track record within a Social Care Recruitment Role.
• You must be a self starter with drive, initiative, ability and experience with an entrepreneurial ethos.
• You will have an energetic motivated Persona and must be a professionally presented individual

• A passionate salesperson that will have proved themselves successfully in a competitive but professional environment, with natural closing skills.
