We are currently recruiting for the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER.
This is a FULL-TIME position,working on a shift system, based at HEATHROW.
This is a managerial role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to lead/supervise a team.
Your previous retail experience must come from within the Luxury sector.
As a Customer Service Leader, you must have people management experience, and thrive on managing, coaching and motivating a team. Each member of your team will be dedicated and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, because they’re excited by the products around them. You’ll be based in a particular store or location, and will thrive on a busy airport environment, a fantastic product selection, and most of all customer service.
