Our client in Kings Lynn develop and manufacture products under contract for leading companies, primarily in the areas of telecommunications, IT, engineering industry and medical equipment.
As Quality Manager you will:
Be responsible for common corporate compliance at Kings Lynn & Cambridge.
Responsibility for internal and group reporting of performance, process improvement and corporate governance to achieve objectives set at group level.
To improve and maintain the Quality, Environmental, and H&S systems to meet company requirements.
To work towards developing and improving the skills, capabilities and awareness of all staff so that they can fully contribute to meeting company quality aims and objectives.
To be responsible for the day to day management of quality issues throughout the business.
To conduct and review internal audits, external audits, external quality audits on suppliers and to host inbound audits from customers, prospects and accreditation bodies.
You will be an all round communicater, computer capable and have the ability to process, evaluate and analyse quality data and present verbal and written conclusions.
You should also have Electronics industry experience, sub-contract manufacture, Aeronautical / Medical background.
Commercial awareness, MRP/ERP conversant.
Quality skills: KPI's, 6-Sigma, FMEA, 5S, 8D, et al.
Quality Knowledge: ISO9001, 14001, QS9000, ISO13485
